Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Phoenixfire uses two separate SMS opt-ins. Providing your mobile number and opting in through the Friction Audit intake form enrolls you only in inquiry and service-related texts (scheduling and updates related to your request); it does not enroll you in marketing texts. Where offered through a separate, clearly labeled consent checkbox, you may separately opt in to receive promotional and marketing texts. Neither opt-in is a condition of purchasing any services.
